CLA Christmas Concert

Cole's school had their Christmas Concert this morning...

The kids dressed like Santa and sang 3 songs...pretty cute! Cole is chasing Evan in this pic to the left and isn't afraid of Santa this year!

Cole is most of the way on the right....he really got into it. I was kinda afraid he'd be scared up there!

37th Christmas Party

welp, we got a real babysitter!! woohooo...and we got to go out and stay out!! wooohooo...Shane and Jessica:) so pretty. even if she had to wear dress #2.

we had a wonderful night out. we are so fortunate to have met some wonderful friends already.

Christmas Decorations:)

hip hip hip hoooray! I have the blog back up and running:) here are our Christmas Decorations...I know you'd rather see pics of the boys and our adventures, but we hung up my MOST FAVORITE Christmas tree today so I had to share!:)

and HERE IT IS! Grandma Snaadt made this a long time ago and gave it to me a few Christmas' ago. It is my FAVORITE....a tree made of all her jewelry. It has lights in it too, but we don't have another transformer so we just hung it up...next to the palm tree:)

we just put lights on our plant. It was my full intention to get a real tree this year (since we haven't had one since '07)...but time has slipped through my fingers and now it's too late. So, the tree skirt is working nicely to keep Gabe out of the dirt and the lights serve the purpose. I hope to put the presents around the bottom:)

such a big boy

ok....here we go again!!

so we have been out of commision...but i'm gonna try and catch us up a little. luckily we haven't done much so you all haven't missed much! this morning as ryan was trying to get my phone updated Gabe stood up and took a step. so i suppose i should begin to prepare myself for the real walking....it will still be a few weeks away though...(i hope) ok, off we go to see if some of these pics will load!

Dusseldorf

so we loaded up and headed north for a great adventure to the "PUMPKIN ISLAND"

we didn't realize what kind of pumpkin island it would be. umbrella's and sand and reggae music. They had a killer maze (that we didn't go through:) and a giant "pirate ship" where we literally had another American say to us "I hope you didn't drive all the way up here just for this" At least we had great company:)
