Mom and Cathy Salata met me in STL so I wouldn't have such a huge drive back to little rock by myself. It was SOOOO nice of them. The drive wasn't too bad. I think Cole was just ready to be home and sleep in his own bed (me too) it took us a little over 6 hours. Not too bad. Morgan and Sylvie were champs as always.

Last stop of the trip...ST.LOUIS! Ron was in town for some AF stuff and Trey and Erin and Becky and Kristy all flew up to hang out with the one and only Chris Sullivan for the weekend. It was soo good to see everyone.

i got to hang out with leah on friday night...we had some dinner, chatted, shopped and walked! it was the best! i wish we had some more time together..i miss her!

Crystal Beach

I got to head south and hang out at Crystal Beach in TX. Caroline and her mom, Dana were such AWESOME hostesses! It rained most of the time, so it was great sleeping weather and I got to run and read almost a whole book! :) It was a great and well rested lil break for me!

Nana Jean

I am sad to put on here that Nana Jean passed away. We were soo blessed to have her visit us at the end of July. She will be missed dearly.

Cole and I were lucky enough to hang out with Mylan and Landan all day on Saturday and Sunday so Kurt and Rhonda could go to the cubs/cards game! We had a good time!

We had a lil company while we hung out. Jackie and her girls, Faith and Ella came over from Macomb. It was really good to them and the boys had a great time with the girls!!

So...we loaded up the truck and headed north! It only took ELEVEN hours:( man, it was a long day. but we made it and were happy to be in IOWA!!

Cole and I did a "special report" for the local FOX news on pediatrics and chiropractics. it should air sometime in November. Mom and Aunt Jan even got some camera time:) I can't wait to see that part!! ;)

We thought Florida could use some help beating Troy so Cole was dressed ready to help them win. This Saturday we'll be in some IOWA gear....GO HAWKS!

We are working on some teeth. I can feel a few little ones trying to poke through on the bottom left. at least he's still smiling...he's also been working on sitting up on his own. he's got it down, just need to get it on video. he lasts about a minute or 2:)

Abby and Jake invited us up to Osage Beach for a weekend on the lake. The weather was ok, with the sun finally coming out in the late afternoon both Saturday and Sunday. We had some fun on the boat, even though it was a lil chilly! Cole snoozed while the boat was moving and was pretty good when we were stopped too. Wish it was a lil warmer so he could have gone swimming! Next time.

The weather has been soo nice here in Little Rock the last week. Here are a few pics of Cole chilling out.
