2 month check up

well...we went to our 2 month check up today (eventhough he's a few weeks older than that)

He has some "flat head" and we are instructed to do more tummy time:(

I guess he got it from riding in the car seat all the time...and playin too much on his back

Canoeing on the Caddo

Well...we have some fabulous neighbors and friends!!

We got a babysitter ALL day and got to go canoeing on the Caddo River

a little over an hour south of Little Rock. Always a good time:)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

We drove home from TX today...went to get Morgan from her "sleepover", came home to get something to eat and then to AT&T so we could get our new iphones. :) lots of car riding..it

was a super long day.

Ryan, Cole and I made the 9 hour treck to San Antonio this past week

for my annual atheltic training convention. It was pretty low key this year (i'm getting old)

but it was fun and very nice to see some people i haven't seen in awhile. i am disapointed that i didn't take more pictures though:(
