Ryan, Cole and I made the 9 hour treck to San Antonio this past week

for my annual atheltic training convention. It was pretty low key this year (i'm getting old)

but it was fun and very nice to see some people i haven't seen in awhile. i am disapointed that i didn't take more pictures though:(
