either i pick him up too much, or my tendon just was not strong enough, or both...but i've managed to get de Quervain's syndrom (tendonitis in my thumb) and i let it go long enough that now i have this lovely blue and grey brace to wear. i got some drugs (antiinflamitories) today too and if they don't work then i get to have a shot! good thing i look good in blue! ;)

ps. also losing my hair. got referred to a dermatologist today too. i'm all a mess. geesh

also, wanted to note, that i obvioulsy did not tear out the old fence, nor put in the new one. our neighbors hired someone to do it. we'll see how it holds up. the fence is great..the placement is not so great..i'm afraid we are going to get most of their mulch in our yard when it rains..we'll see! silly silly.

UALR soccer

Cole attended his first college girls soccer game today! We had to leave a lil early but they won 2-0. We are going to try and make a lot of the soccer/volleyball/baseball games this fall. Gotta start him out young! :)

deployments suck

Welp, the dudes took off on Monday. :( We went to base at 7:30 and hung out for awhile. About 9:30 we said our goodbyes...cried...and came home. About 10:00 Ryan called and said they were delayed 6 hours. So Cole and I loaded back into the truck and headed back to base. We got to have lunch with him and hang out for a few more hours. Gotta love the Air Force.

Grandpa Snaadt is 80!!

On Aug.5 Grandpa Snaadt turned 80! and is CANCER FREE!!!!!!! Such great news! We all got together at Doug and Nancy's house and celebrated. I was so happy Ryan, Cole and I could be there this year to celebrate.
