It took him a few seconds...then all he said the rest of the day was da-eee, da-eeee, da-eee.
Lisa Halderman invited us over to help the morning go faster, plus the roads were supposed to be bad since it was snowing. Everything turned out fine and their plane was on time.

Jacob got a new gator for Christmas....so the kids were riding up and down the street in it this afternoon. Cole didn't want to ride...he only wanted to drive.

it's FRIDAY!
we got up and got a big boy haircut and pigtails and crewcuts....
I didn't get any pictures because Cole was screaming the whole time...didn't like the water, didn't like the scissors, didn't like the clippers...LIKED the sucker, but not enough to be calm. o well, maybe next time:)

1st LR SNOW
of the year! It started snowing right when the weather men predicted it would! 2pm. I just wish Ryan could have been here to enjoy a little of it...and build us a fire!

Some of my favorite ladies in Little Rock threw me a shower for #2! (Jessica, Lauren, and Erin) It was soo nice! Great to see all my friends together and have some CAKE! (or what were those things called?)

random week.
Well, we made it back to Little Rock. Cole traveled MUCH better coming home and slept a lot of the way. Dad drove us back and caught an early flight out on Monday morning. We were sad to see him go so quickly. We got most of our stuff unpacked and all the gifts out of their boxes (except for a few we are saving for daddy) and Grandpa put the horse back together.
His hair was getting pretty long..so we tried out some curly:)
First shiner! - he was in a hurry to get to Cantina Larado for some Mexican food, tripped over his blanket and hit the chair. The chair CLEARLY won.
It was pretty warm (compared to Iowa) so we played outside a little.
