We made it to Iowa! We have some video of Cole walking with a push toy, but it's too big and we can't get the computer to clip it. boo. But we had an amazing Christmas.

We had a little gathering. It was supposed to be a girls night on Thursday, but since Ry got home that day we had a party on Sat. instead! It was a lot of fun to chill out and have some drinks with great friends. Thanks for coming everyone!

I got to the airport on time (before he landed anyway) but there was NO parking...so we just pulled up to the front and waited by the truck:)

update

We have been running around with our heads cut off (like normal). Then we got word that Ryan wouldn't return until the 24th, then it was the 23rd. (we were expecting him AT LEAST by the 22nd) I need to chill out and take all that kind of info with a grain of salt. It seems to get me worked up everytime.

Then we got word that Geoff (Ryan's dad) had some colon cancer. I spoke with Ryan who spoke with his commander and they were able to get Ryan to Florida in a day and 1/2. (guess I need to quit complaining about the AF so much). SOOOOOOOO...his dad had surgery on Tues and they think they got it all. He is recovering nicely and Ryan gets to come home TODAY! The house is a mess and I haven't gotten any sleep and Cole has a cold, BUT WE ARE SOOO EXCITED to have him back!! I will get this blog updated next week sometime, hopefully. If not, MERRY CHIRSTMAS!
